At 23 1/2 weeks pregnant, I feel that I am looking pregnant and going to stay looking pregnant! The baby is about 1 pound in weight and about 8 inches in length. The baby is currently making by back hurt too! Here's what I am looking like these days.

If your back continues to hurt and you plan on having more children, then you need to invest in the SNOOGLE PILLOW! You can buy it at Babies r Us and it is worth EVERY penny! I still sleep with mine!
